What armour and weapons did the Romans have?

Roman soldiers had metal helmets. Shields were made of wood and leather. When a javelin hit an enemie's shield and it got stuck the enemy had to throw away their shield. They wore strips  of iron and leather. Their main weapons were swords.When roman soldiers were fighting they were furious .
