What armour and weapons did the Romans have?
The roman army wore strips made out of iron and leather.Their main weapon is a short sword that has a sharp blade on the end of it so you can stab people. On the Roman's head they wore a helmet, it is used for protection.So your head can't get sliced when you fight.There is a another main weapon it is called a javelin, the roman army would throw it and it would get stuck in their shields.
